It's not as smelly as it used to be , and is on the other side of the village . Would be very surprised if you could smell anything from the camp site .

Try Boroughbridge C&CC site, alongside the canal, quite and close to the Park & Ride leave your car here and ride into and round York for 50p I think it was, parking where you want to be in York is not easy or cheap, Railway Museum is free but parking was £7.00 last year, the bus drops you outside.
