When we purchased our park it charged adult price from 14. We changed this to 18 because in years past when we were touring with children it was one of our pet hates.

good god the government will be a fantastic help its a wonder they dont claim caravans as seacond home maybe mrs beckitt does. As for charging for extra people they use showers, fill dust bins and use the site like anyone else perhaps all sites should charge more for a pitch in the first place and then give discounts for not taking dogs and for younger people that way every one would save money and no onee would moan about paying for extras as there would not be any . We should just be pleased that camping and caravaning is still cheap and remember 15% of what you pay goes to the government as vat no won der they(mps) can claim so much we should be supporting camp sites not always moaning about them

why would you pay £9.50 pp pn with no ehu where is this site because i want to buy a grass field next to it

Simply because it is on this stunningly beautiful island (St.Martin's) ....I would not pay that anywhere else though...well maybe if it had that extra special something! [:D]

The point I was making was how or why sites charge what they do is irrelevant really...the only thing to consider is are you happy to pay it...I am..and I do.

Unfortunately it would not be possible to buy a field next to this site, no matter how many millions you had in the bank...otherwise, yes, I'd be first in the queue! [;)]
