I think its the fact that they know you will be taking your kids.(its Drayton Manor after all),and what do kids love?their electric gadgets of course,laptops ds's and the like which all need charging up.

Ouch !! A tenner for leccie sounds extortionate. Taken overall 30 quid a night for up to six people during school hols is not unusual now and is cheaper than a great many of the larger sites.....Mick

It's about the last place I would want to go, but even so, most sites I go to are less than the cost per night of their electricity!

picked up a flower of may leaflet at the NEC and they are using token meters for each pitch now.thats sounds like a recipe for getting ripped off if its anything like domestic token meters.

hope the CC dont go down this route !!

I would have though the non-electric pitches were on a rally field with no amenities????
