That's the trouble with this sites that charge a fiver per person - it's really dear when there are four of you - but then we'd go somewhere else I guess.
Glan Morfa Mawr near Blackrock used to be £7 a night a couple of years ago but was sold and is now £10 a night - no elec and no showers - just portaloos and a tap and bins. Now some might say £10 is dear but I wonder how do the owners make any profit as it's only open during the spring to October and at the bank holiday there were probably no more than 20 units so £200 a night - not that much. I have no idea but I am thinking the costs of running a site must be quite dear - licensing, renting the loos and insurance etc etc so I wonder how many units they need on site on average a night to gain a reasonable monthly wage?
