Hi, My wife and I own and run a 5CL Caravan Site, we keep a black book. However, it's for listings for certain caravanners we would not like returning again.

He's definately not the owner .... probably why he's got the attitude he has. I have a feeling he doesnt even camp like most people do as I found him VERY out of touch with how many families are camping these days and what they want.
