We stayed at Graffham last year, in a tent. It is a really nice site, with many pitches tucked into clearings in the trees (the whole site is in a wood). There is no lighting at night, so you need a good torch (and don't make the same mistake I did and try to find a shortcut to the loos through the trees - ended up going round in circles!). The washing facilities seemed okay, didn't try the showers though. The only downside I found was that the road which borders one side of the site was quite busy at night (not sure why as it only goes to a couple of small villages) - and we were only about 30ft away from it. I would go back to this site, if we took out CCC membership, and if I could request being away from the road.
One thing to maybe check is how busy the CCC sites are you want to visit - we live in Surrey and I get the impression that some of the CCC sites nearer London are hard to book at the weekends. You want to make sure Graffham isn't fully booked before you take out your membership.
