Bring some sun with you please!!!!! We live about miles away from Scarborough, you won't be disapointed!! Plenty to do round here, as well as what all the other peopl have suggested there is also Dalby Forest which has plenty of walks and play parks for the kids...also Go Ape (kids might be too young tho, definitely the 2 year old will be!!) there are also 2 decent indoor play areas (just on the off chance that it does rain ) 1 called Little Hoppers which is near Morrisons at Scarborough and Cheeky Monkees on the way into Pickering.
Hope you have a good time!

I seem to remember Flower Of May having some money off vouchers for Flamingo Land last year at the reception desk if you don't manage to get some before you go,they weren't massive savings but useful if nothing else.
What about the Naval battle in Peasholme park, I can remember going year after year when I was younger and staying in Scarborough for my holidays. Took my son a few years back and he loved it.
Thanks for the help guys, we have managed to get a 3 for 2 ticket for flamingo land so will be around £50 also thanks for the info on the local Tesco and morros, that is very useful, and don’t worry we are planning on bringing plenty of good weather with us
