Staying closer to home this year, and mainly doing fortnights on the same site rather than actual touring, planning to include a couple of trips to Yorkshire CC sites, then onto Broadlands, followed by Sandringham CC site, and over to Snowdonia to stay on our favourite CL for a week in July, followed by another fortnight at Broadlands in August, then following the sun if we ever get any lol, by just hitching up at short notice Sept/Oct whenever the weather looks good, and heading off possibly to Lincolnshire, before putting the caravan to bed for the winter months.

We are off to Ullswater two weeks today - yippee!!!  Although I was expecting the weather to have warmed up a bit by now - the nights are still a bit too chilly for my liking!  Haven't got anything else booked as yet, but I am hoping we will manage a week or a fortnight somewhere in summer and some more weekends too!  Cannot wait to get all the camping stuff out and get ready to go!!!

Had a nice sunny time at Tudor Park (Slimbridge) in March.

Off again end May to Mid Wales (Dalemore, Llandridod Wells), hoping for nice weather but has the summer been and gone already?

Off to the Isle of Wight to try out our "new to us" Conway Gazelle.  Ferry courtesy of Tesco Vouchers!

We have already had Easter and several weekends in our caravan, which is on a seasonal pitch.

2 weeks in Tenby in August.
Would love to go more often but with 1 dog,4 guinea pigs ,a rabbit and a hamster,We have to get my Dad over from Ireland to look after them all so that we can go away !
It would cost us a fortune if we had to board them all !

omg lol ! couldn't you get a neighbour / friend to pop in daily and feed the small animals ? and then use kennels / dog sitter ?

off to Les Mouettes in Brittany for June half term

Hi

I have finally booked our Summer Holidays after an extensive amount of umming and eerring as to where to go, as well as a lot of research. Normally would have done a Cornwall run but job dictates otherwise. Finally decided on Kelling Heath. Don't know if we'll get much camping before then but have already been with husbands Scout Group for a weekend (managed to book the weekend that was extremely hot in March)
