We have just returned from Upper Carr in Pickering and we were pitched right next to the play park (pitch 56)
Pitches 52,53,57,62,63 and 64 are all located around the edge of the paly area.

Little Roadway Farm Campsite Woolacombe http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=4662

You can pitch round the play area which also includes a farm style fence round it and for some reason the kids seem to stay inside it.

The inside park at blandforum has quite a few pitches near their better than average playpark.

Deers Glade near Cromer, North Norfolk has good reviews on here. Although not been we are off tomorrow for a week 17 and requested a pitch near the playground which has been granted (site map on website).

Most of the Arisaig campsites have the beach, white sand, clear water, rockpools, right in fromt of the pitches. So they are the playgrounds.

East Fleet Farm, Chickerell, Weymouth has tents and caravans sited around a fenced playpark.

If you're looking to hire a static, then Trevella Park, Crantock, Nr Newquay has a large field with statics all around and play area in the middle.

Our campsite has a central playground not far from a lot of mixed tent/caravan/motorhome pitches.

However, not that many parents take any notice, we have signs stating that children must be accompanied by an adult whilst on the play park. Accidents can and do happen; falling off swings/ roundabout being fair examples.

we stopped at Robin Hood Retreat near sherwood of course.....was perfect for our 3 and 6 yr old....we must have been 10 ft from the play area!
