Just experienced a similar problem ourselves as a camper we have no choice but to use the facilities on site whilst away last weekend, we were the only camper there, the site we stayed at was full and all occupied by caravans and motor homes these were all modern so had all the mod cons fitted. there was a mop provided for the showers so they should have always have been clean but I found myself mopping up every day before using the shower, behind some other bloke who must have thought his mother was going to come and clean up behind him. Hardly seems fair when these people have a choice and others like me don't. Come on guys you know who you are.
OH is always saying the mess some men leave the toilets/sinks in. He says they have a shave or clean their teeth and don't wash the sink round. I said its probably because their wife does it for them at home.

yes I'm just back from 1st camp of the year and was very surprised how many people didn't rinse the sink around after them! I didn't mind having to flush after a child used the loo (although think a parent should have accompanied her if she hadn't been taught how to) but adults should automatically leave the sink as they found it
This is one of the reasons I prefer separate sex facilities, rather than the now-becoming-common in France for unisex. It's bad enough having to deal with one's OH's beard trimmings and toothpaste. And I can recall 2 sites in France with unisex facilities, but no urinals or toilet seats. I won't be rushing back there either.....

we were recently on a site that had a hand sanitiser by the CDP, but in the two weeks we were there it was empty. Mind you the bins weren't emptied and a broken soap dispenser in the ladies block wasn't mended either.
A 5 star site, apparently.
