Sonia, if you can stretch your journey time to 2.5 hours North View caravan site in Garstang has its own hot tub. It's not right next to your pitch but you can book it for yourselves - from memory I think it costs £10 per one-hour session - and the site only has 15 pitches so there's a very good chance you'll get the tub to yourselves when you want it.
Look out also for Kiki the cat, who will probably join you as you walk up from your pitch to where the hot tub is, she's very friendly!
