We were the Bullock family from Doncaster - started going there in 1964 I believe it was and continued going there Easter, Whit and 2 weeks in August right up to 1987 when my dad died.   The party usually consisted in later years of mum and dad in their van with my younger sister and cousin, my brother and his wife in a van and their 2 boys in a tent, me and my hubby in a van with our 2 boys - and our 2 Jack Russells (which people remember more than they remember us!!), my younger brother and his wife in a tent - they came up by motorbike.  Quite often there would be friends of my parents joining the party with their vans.  Depending on your age, you may have made friends with some of us!!

Sorry for the delay in replying.  I didnt start going up till about 1985, probably wouldnt have known you, I was only a tot. I loved the place, made friends with a lot of people, there must have been about 15-20 of us all in - unfortunately times change and people grow up - really miss the place at times though..was my childhood playground.
