Thanks Juravan, I can I identify with that one! 
We have been so disappointed in the last few sites we have been on, very dirty showers, toilets etc, the last one never had any water half the time and that was 4 star!
I really want to book onto a site that we can recommend next time, you know the type that you want to return to time and time again, hopefully restore our faith as well!
