Still no joy finding a site for xmas/new year we getting a bit fed up now with it to be honest we bought a brand new van in july an really wanna go somewhere for the last time this year. Looks like the services or someones field it is then.

Anyone got space on there drive for us with electric hook up.

well why not try the SW meet , Quantock Orchard Caravan Park in Taunton, Somerset .  £8.50 with EHU a night,  great people and i even have a firepit for late drinking,

Hi all,

We are open over the New Year period - 30th December to 1st Janaury with bookings being taken on the Deluxe All Weather pitches for caravans / motorhomes. We will have a centrally heated toilet block open (nice and warm!), with a party in the Haybanks Inn for the 31st December to welcome in the New Year!

We are going on a New Year rally with the British Leyland CCC. We hire the village hall for the New Year period and have around 40 units on the car park and the use of the hall for the duration. We go to Inkberrow in Worcestershire. Good party nights for the three nights we are there.

We are going to Merley Court near poole, Dorset for Christmas and the new year!. Kids really looking forward to it as been told a lot of people really do their vans up with lights etc. They are also opening the bar throughout even christmas night, and they are having a new year family disco for £10 an adult.....Bargain.

Think they only have a few grass electric pitches left now, then they are full.

How far are you looking at going there are quite a few sites that still taking bookings, as floppy says there is the meet in taunton, we went to the new year meet last year, in taunton but different site, were not going this year due to hubby having to flippin work, so hes dropping the van at a site in llandovery i think its £12 a night with hookup but 5 nites £50 pay when you get there and im taking my little car up with us so i can drive about up there.  i dont fancy motorway driving down to taunton, call me a wimp go on  lol
