Hi
This has been our first year running our own site. We have learnt a lot about what people expect, and been shocked by what some people think is acceptable behaviour. Next season we will be using our experience to try and put "similar" bookings together but as we have found, you cant always tell what people will be like from first impressions especially when it is based on speaking to someone on the phone. We have an 11pm curfew for noise and vehicle movements and some one will always walk around the site just after 11 to remind any late night revellers.
