1. Yes, many times, about an hour from home
2 Chatsworth, Grin Low, Rivendale, Carsington, Ashbourne and more
3 Facilities- EHU, toilets, showers, hardstanding with grass alongside or well drained ( motorhome) wifi would be a bonus not essential, spacious pitches, easy access, adult only section would be nice, security. Dog friendly, quiet after 11 pm, good website with photos, friendly helpful owner would make me want to return
4 In the Peak District, 4 or 5 days, 4 times a year. Longer holidays further away of 2-4 weeks now we have retired whenever we want
6 £15-£25 depending on facilities
7 Ehu, clean toilets, peace and quiet, dog walk
8 definitely
9 Sounds a really good idea
Best of luck with your new venture, look forward to visiting

1. Would you consider camping in the Peak District?
A1. YES, especially as we've never been
2. Have you camped in the Peak District before, if so where?
A2. NO
3. Are there any specific attractions or facilities you look for when choosing your destination?
A3. As we now also have a campervan I'd say toilets, showers and EHU as well as an enclosed or undercover dishwashing area
4. How long is your average trip? 3 days? 1 week?
A4. Depends on the distance travelled but varies from 2-3 nights to a week
5. How many times a year do you usually take camping trips?
A5. 6+ and will now be more now we have a campervan as well as caravan!
6. Do you have a budget on how much you choose to spend per night?
A6. Depends on facilities and location but around £15-£20 to include 2 people, awning, EHU and dog
7. What would be the top 3 facilities that you cannot do without and are key when you choose your destination?
1. A good shower with room to dress and undress, and preferably not a clingy curtain!
2. Undercover/enclosed dishwashing area
3. EHU or electric socket(s) in wash block or dishwashing room to charge a mobile, plug in a hairdryer etc
8. Would you appreciate access to a more ‘rural lifestyle’ and have the opportunity to gain first hand experience for the duration of your holiday? (cows, milking, horses, collecting eggs, picking your own fruit and veg etc)
Might be nice but I think I'd prefer to purchase eggs, fruit etc direct rather than PYO.
9. If we were to offer facilities so your dogs, cats and horses could join you on holiday and be on site in safe and secure would you like to know more?
Yes
10. What has impressed you most when you have stayed at other campsites and what would encourage you to return to a campsite?
Fully enclosed dishwashing area with electric sockets and usb ports, an enclosed dog walk area where they can be let off lead for exercise. Oh, and plenty of room and a sense of space on your pitch! I don't like being "crammed" in and too close to our neighbours.

1. Would you consider camping in the Peak District? Absolutely!
2. Have you camped in the Peak District before, if so where? No, but it is on our list.
3. Are there any specific attractions or facilities you look for when choosing your destination? Clean toilet/shower block, electric hookup, hardstanding option (we've been stuck in poor drainage too many times!), good food within walking distance, or a bus stop - we like to leave our Motorhome on site.
4. How long is your average trip? 3 days? 1 week? 2-5 nights
5. How many times a year do you usually take camping trips? 8+
6. Do you have a budget on how much you choose to spend per night? No, will pay what I feel the facilities warrant - or whatever the charge is if I really want to stay on the site.
7. What would be the top 3 facilities that you cannot do without and are key when you choose your destination? Toilet on site
8. Would you appreciate access to a more ‘rural lifestyle’ and have the opportunity to gain first hand experience for the duration of your holiday? (cows, milking, horses, collecting eggs, picking your own fruit and veg etc). That would be great!
9. If we were to offer facilities so your dogs, cats and horses could join you on holiday and be on site in safe and secure would you like to know more? Yes
10. What has impressed you most when you have stayed at other campsites and what would encourage you to return to a campsite? Non-push button showers are a joy only appreciated by campers, space between pitches, allowing camp fires and talking after 10:30pm!
