I do find it extremely amusing how many people go on holiday and seem to have nothing better to do than worry about what everyone else is doing we have just done 10 days at two farm sites £8 a night CDP and drinking water only, electric extra if needed and were probably more issolated than staying at home those that were on sites kept to the two metre ruling or more and every one enjoyed them selves.
Even if I went on a full facilitie site i wouldn't be bothered what others are doing as long as they kept their social distance from me and the wife,
My gran used to have a lovely saying "it would be a great place if everyone minded their own Bee's wax" I have no idea where she got the saying from or its origins but works for me
What other people do on campsites is entirely their affair and as you say, Romany, providing they keep their distance that is fine. Unfortunately, sharing facilities with the present, possibly life- threatening unprecedented circumstances, makes it everybody's business and we all need to be sensible and do our best to protect ourselves and each other.
If I purchase a porta-loo I am sure I can get by for a couple of days camping without having to use the public facilities so if other people want to take chances when they don't need to it is up to them.
Sadly, those who take chances sometimes fall victim and then in the long run that can affect many other people. Leicester might not have had to go into lock down again had everyone obeyed the rules.
Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
