I think that one of the major problems that wardens have to deal with within themselves is that an awful lot of them come from occupations where they have held very senior positions in companies and they carry this "superiority" into their new found life.

They just need a gentle reminder that that are no better than you and nor are you any better than them.

I personally wouldn't do the job for a lottery win.......

Well we werent in "superior" occupations when we became Park Wardens, and other people we know in the job weren't either.  The thing we all have in common is that we have all been caravanners/campers for years, and like many looking in from the outside, thought it was a nice number to take us into retirement. 

Far from it....Joe Public on holiday is a different animal as we soon found out.  "I've paid for it, and I want it ....NOW" seemed to be the maxim.  However, they were never quite so bad as the people we worked for......

The fact that the site does not belong to the C & CC is fairly unimportant, the fact remains that they are associated with the C & CC and display a sign to verify this.
The fact that in Madmoos opinion the warden / site manager was rude is all that she was trying to put across. It was not an attempt to rubbish the whole club. Even if it was, she is entitled to express her opinion without being personally attacked.

Unless you were actually on the site at the same time as Madmoo then what qualifies you to discredit her opinion anyway?

            I have to agree having just read all through, and to those who say they have never come accross anyone who dosen't know the difference.... I DIDN'T.

  I have visted sites like Madmoo that have had signs up and thought they were part of the C&CC. Hoorah for U.K.C.S you learn something new everyday.
