They have not declared nor paid for the 'extras' they have sought to bring........The husband of the family has not waited for an explaination of the incident which his children were party too simply launched a barage of abuse at my husband, whilst he was dealing with other customers, including leaving a 'bad review on here'.... I have just had to stop the same children riding their bikes up and down the ramp to the toilets and both myself and my wardens have had verbal abuse flung at us from the wife in terms of "we" have ruined their holiday (but as long as they are ok not to worry about anyone or anything else on site ?!)

Wow, you have so much patience, if it were me I'd have kicked them off, I dont see how they can leave a bad review, what can they say? That you wouldnt let their kids ride bikes around the loos or kick balls at fences? If they do leave one & it's full of lies then I'm sure the admin people would remove it for you.
It seems they are in the "I'm allright Jack" brigade, better off to ban them & lose one bad customer than lose the respectful other customers you have there that they may be annoying.
Shame site owners can't leave reviews of customers for other site owners to read!
