Can anyone recomend a site very close to Leicester.  The closer to The Walkers stadium the better.

cool some one with some adventure . any way here you go the nuff site

the nearest is Charnwood Acres Country Club its a members club , but they need the money , and as long as its not a big single sex group or pervs i cant see any problem , its a nice club with nice pool and sauna ,give them a ring the owners are lovely , but you will expected to show a little flesh if its warm , might get away with shorts if you tell them you are only interested to see whats its like , if is cool you wont be expected to rag of as we are not insane and into catching hypothermia.

the other club Oaklands Sun Club i have never been to , but its suppost to be nice , ther are a bit better with vistors.

you can always try proctors caravan park its about 10 mile 0ut of leicester but there is a farly decent bus service

Ian01, plse could you enlighten me on 'Proctor's' as I too could do with a site close to Leicester. Can't find it in the listings.

Scarlets Fan, I occaisonally stay at 'Bosworth Water Park', it's the nearest i've found to Leicester when visiting eldest son who lives in Oadby. Youll find it listed under 'Market Bosworth'  Usually takes me about half hour into south Leicester. Good luck to the Scarlets but I'll be rooting for the Ospreys when they meet Tigers at Twickenham...Mick

proctors pleasure park in campsite search though just read the 2 reviews a bit mixed however do a search in leicestershire and it throws up 2 pages of sites to go to
