Hi all, spent Easter at langcliiffe c.p just by Settle, had smashing time with all that lovely sunshine. We went to an allsorts market in the local hall(victoria hall)in Settle, there was a snack bar where we had tea/coffee and bikkies.I went off on a wander leaving o h with her sister in law,o h went to the loo only no toilet roll, she told one of the organisers and got the reply "its the caravanners taking them".Imagine her embarassment when o h told her she was a caravanner and bought her own toilet rolls. So it looks like we are light fingered us outdoor type, but we still had a great time.

Our favourite pub for a meal is next door to a CL and the owner has stopped putting those little sachets of sauces on the table because on a weekend she gets through enough sachets to feed an army for a year. I must ask her about the loo rolls

That's disgraceful ....
We always stock up in Wetherspoons before the season starts

I may be one of the culprits... I hate those satchets.. a **!! to open so you waste quite a few and when you open them nothing really in them........
Bring back ketchup bottles on the table.. down with those dratted sachets.....
We dont use sauces and vinigar but I do own up to snatching a big handful of Morrisons serviettes when I take my Mum for her brekkie on a Saturday. They are big and soft and there is always a good supply in my kitchen box.

I have occasionally hung onto spare sauces etc to take camping with us (OH always gets too many) but to be honest with my two kids I find it less messy just to buy a smaller bottle of sauce to take with us camping. I buy a small bottle of each one we use and keep it with the camping stuff. I also buy one of those grinder things of salt and pepper to take as well as I find they get less damp.

Carol, You can tell we are both too close to Liverpool, everybody better watch their wheels when we are around.
