Can anyone recommend a site near Tenby, we like ideally to be able to have the option of  walking somewhere for a meal in the evening if possible.  I just want to book two nights but the sites I have tried won't take bookings for such a short time.

try millhouse caravan park in the campsite search page i would recommend it although no shop on site but pub 10 mins walk away on the beach saundersfoot 20 mins away

5-10 min walk to tenby town centre along the sea front, and its right a on a nice long golden sandy beach

Hi Ali
Try Pant Glas Farm in Tavernspite, it is a lovely site small and friendly Tenby is about a 15minute drive but Narbeth is approx 10 minutes it's very pretty and has some great shops. There is also a great chinease and a few resturants. A five minute walk from the camp is a pub which does great meals they are on the web site. If you want to be closer try trefaulan Park

we stayed at aareton manorbier about 5 miles from tenby nice pub good food about 20/30 mins 3walk good cheap site  check out the site search

Thanks everyone, have tried a couple you recommended but they will not book for only two nights.  Can appreciate in high season but when we are going at the beginning of July I would have thought it should have been okay.  Last year we toured Scotland and I booked one/two nights for the whole fortnight without a problem, was I just lucky?

Try Moreton Farm... Spent the weekend there 2 weeks ago, it was fantastic. 15 min walk to Saundersfoot. 5 min drive to Tenby http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=4231
