Haven't been able to go there so far this year, so decided to look at their website and check this year's tariff.  Noticed a slight difference in the text in that you can now book a pitch. Having made a couple of phone calls, it would also appear that the site is under new ownership.

Has anyone been up there recently, and if so are the pitches a decent size?  Have tried phoning the site but no answer.

Good to hear from you Mark.  Have spoken to the new owners and have booked a long weekend in mid July.  They seem OK.  Hope to get up over the next couple of weeks to try it out. will let you know how it goes.

Enjoy your retirement, mate.  you deserve it.

We tried to get on this site last Bank Holiday - but were told it was fully booked !

The website obviously hadn't been updated at this point as it still said they didn't accept bookings for tents. Looked like a pretty good site though - spoke to the owner who said he'd just recently take over and directed us to another site  where we were able to get a pitch.

This was OH's first visit to Wales - she was well impressed and can't wait to go back.
