Has anybody been to Diamond Farm at Brean recently? most of the reviews go back to 2004/05. Thinking about a week there with the caravan at the end of June

hi went to diamond farm last year (june 2006) we were camping in our large dome tent. the site was pretty, good being quite level and the facilities were ok too.

It is handily situated for touring around places such as weston super mare and the walk over brean down is taxing but well worth the effort. Brean itself is about a 20 minute walk away where there are various pubs, clubs and shops etc and the theme park too.

the beach at brean is ok but while we were there the wind made it quite bracing.

The ice cream van that comes to the site is adefinite must, biggest and best ever

Hi
Depends on what pitch you get, if you are in the overflow field it is a fair walk for toilet/shower facilities also waste water a fair walk it's ok in the dry and daylight but not much fun in the wet or dark.

I would recommend Northam Farm. The same icecream van is by the Seagull inn it is the best icecream!!!
