Hi,We are wanting a campsite within  about 30-40 miles of sheffield that is child friendly don't mind where it is for next weekend.

Any recommendations would be great.

Why not try Caravan club site at Losehill,Castleton. Non members welcome.Give them a call as you never know yor luck

We went to Green springs near Barnsley last year, it's basic but good for kids to run around, no bar or pool, but portacabin type toilet showers (20p), however they where putting foundations in for new toilet block, give them a call.  We went to Meadowhall at Sheffield it was about 15 -20 mins drive away.
