I appreciate this may be a slightly dumb question... but what is the definition of a "fully serviced pitch"?

I've assumed this means it has EHU and water supply.  But it just occcurred to me... you know what happens when you "assume"...

Can someone put my mind at rest?

Well that`s what I`ve always assumed it meant as well. A pitch with it`s own water and electricity supply.

Varies a lot from site to site.  Generally it means EHU, water and waste.  Sometimes you are lucky and have TV hook up.

Went to a site once and had paid for serviced pitch and eneded up sharing tap with adjacent pitch!!

the fully serviced pitch we had included the following...

TV

Waste water point (we put a hose straight into it)

Clean water for aquaroll, (we bought one of those mains adapter so never had to get off my bum to fill the aquaroll)

Electric hook up.

An if you go to Bainland you can get a super serviced pitch with its own Elsan, marvellous for lazy beggars like me !

If it says serviced it has at the least electric and if it says fully serviced I expect water electric and usually waste and tv point. It does seem to vary from site to site so if it's important to me I ring and ask.

as well as fresh / waste water points, EHU and tv point.
