Hi,

In case some of you are still stuck for somewhere to go over Bank Holiday - I thought I'd let you all know that a site near me still has availability. It's a new site (12 months old) and word obviously hasn't reached UKCS yet otherwise the would be packed!

It's a smashing site with lovely modern facilities and they're having a fab new kiddies play area installed as we speak - just in time for your visit!

Oh....and the best bit is, they only charge £12 per night (2 adults & elec). Extra kids/adults are just £1. Oh and they take tents too!

it is in mid wales about six miles from newtown and two miles from Caersws near to the village of bwlch y ffridd

 

It's a really lovely area and lots to see. I know the owners of the site well (as you can prob gather) and they are smashing people. They are a young couple, but have lots of experience in running caravan parks (parents own other static parks nearby) and really eager to please.

I told them I would let UKCS members in on their little site, so please no nicking the loo rolls otherwise they are going to be sending me the bill! LOL.

i think i am going to try to bbok for Oct 1/2 term as we don't want to go too far.

You need to get the site listed on here then everyone will know about it - oh no scrub that everyone will want to go there too
