The site is very nice, it had some pretty major works done last winter, and it is very busy which says it all!
There are two great pubs within walking distance, the Church House at Stokenham, and one at Torcross, the Start Bay Inn - its the Thatched one, which is pretty much food led but is famous for fish n chips.
There is another little pub in Stokenham - the Tradesmans - which is very nice but tucked away. Cricket Inn at Beesands is worth a visit as well.
Be aware that the road outside is pitch black at night so do take a couple of torchs, I think the club organised a footpath through adjacent fields which is the better option.
