Im sure it could be a good site.
Though your complaints percentages maybe accurate to what you know and being aware of the fact most people cant even be bothered to complain or find it hard to complain and just put up with it, im sure the complaints would be a little higher than what you assume.
Do you hand out forms for customers to fill in like you get at hotels which are focused on people returning?
maybe slightly expensive to filter through them but you would have a better perspective of what the Smith's actually look for. Then obviously adapt to the more common ones..
