My 8 year old son has just taken up fishing along with his dad. We are from the West Midlands and don't mind travelling. Does anyone have any good basic no frills camping sites that are either by a river or have fishing in the area and possibly near the coast as we also have a 9 year old daughter who doesn't want to be fishing all day. A bit of a big ask but I'm sure someone has some ideas. I look forward to your replys.

warcombe farm in woolacoombe is also a cracking site and the best one we have visited yet for kids learning to fish. the caravans are situated all round the lake so you can see from the van what they are up to
Hannah, If you are posting details of a site, please ensure you link to their UKCampsite.co.uk listing, not direct to their website, to enable reviews etc to be read
