Hi all,

We are just about to book our summer holiday and was wondering if any one has stayed at Manor Farm caravan site in Seaton, Devon.  We are after a fairly non commercial site and after reading their web site, it seems to fit the bill.  We have two children one at 3 years old and one at 4 weeks old.  Is there enough to keep them occupied? (well the 3 year old anyway.) Many thanks, Tony......

Yes, just been on a UKCS meet there.

For small children and adults, the place is wonderful. For teenagers it is not so.

Personally, I'd love to go back there sometime.

nice site for "doing" the local area. with seaton at the botton of the long hill. about 20 min walk if your fit.
loos and showers are ok, flatish pitches, plenty of water taps but to empty the  loo its near the shower block bit of a slog if your on the top of the site, at least its downhill to empty.
fresh eggs and a small shop with the garage a 5 minute walk that has a shop as well.
as it was said we have just had a meet.
all in all its a nice place and i will be going back.
remember no pub that is that local to the site. hope that helps.
