I`d like to take my mum away somewhere near the seaside for her birthday in July but don`t want her to stay in the tent with us (only because she is 72 and needs a bit of comfort). Does anyone know of a decent campsite that also has B & B accomodation on site?
We don`t have children with us so it doesn`t need to be all singing all dancing, just somewhere pretty near the coast. Any help would be much appreciated.
Many thanks.

Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
Ditto, we too have elderly parents and have dropped them in the nearest town before now and met up when we,ve "got sorted" ,, we are always on the lookout for such places, in fact we,re taking them to a site in October that has statics, which we have booked one of them so they can come with us .
We've just come back from East Fleet Farm in Chickerell nr Weymouth, there isn't B&B on-site but there's a pub very close by which does B&B, The Lugger Inn in Chickerell
We went there a couple of times for breakfast last week which was great as they serve breakfast to non-residents, you can just have cereal, toast, sausage sandwich or a full fry up.
Whist looking for campsites I'm sure I saw somewhere with on-site B&B but can't remember where it was now, I'll post it if it comes back to me.
