Hi Haylee
I am going to the Isle of Wight on the 30th June. I have never been before but I have been told by lots of people that it is a lovely place to go and has many cycling and walking routes.
if you go to www.wightlink.co.uk they have a lot of pages that tells you all about the Isle of Wight. They also have some brochures on cycling and walking and other things to do. You have to register first but the brochures are very good.
I hope you have a great time on your holidays. let me know if you need to know anything else
Good Luck kathy

Hi Just thought I would add comments as I went to Isle of Wight lasy year and stayed at The Orchards. I did go and visit Southlands while I was there. It is a lovely site with nice facilities, but they don't have a swimming pool. They have a small shop which sell the basics and papers. The pitches were very good. They tend to put six or seven vans in one section and there are lot of hedges which make it very private. I am going back to the Isle of Wight in a couple of weeks and couldn't make my mind up about staying at The Orchards or Southlands.
In the end I am staying at The Orchards because they have the pool and you can see views of the countrside from the pitches. If Soutlands had the views and the pools I would stay there but they don't and because the weather was that hot last year, I was glad of the pool.
There are plenty more caravan sites on The Isle of Wight, which I intend to find while there as it is a great place to visit but because you have 5 days, it soon goes.
