we have a dog too and it's really annoying when other dog owner's do not put their dog on a lead. and i hate it when they say to us 'it's ok he/she is really friendly' ......er excuse me but my dog is not friendly when your dog comes up to mine sniffin it. how i'm i to know if my dog with bite their dog? and if it does who gets blamed?
