Hey

Sorry But What Is The Age You Have To Be To Camp In A Campsite Without An Adult?

Me And My Friends Would Like To Camp At A Campsite, Most Of Us Are 16 And We Arent The Type To Cause Any Trouble...?

I think some sites would let you on but they would be few and far between especially with there being a few of you! Most sites wont take same sex groups. I would imagine 16 would be the youngest if you do manage to find one. Welcome to ukcs!

There Is A Campsite Nearby But Iv Tried A Few Webistes And Cant Find Any Details, So Probably Have To Go Down And Ask

Why not arrive at  site and book in at different times then you could all meet up later that way they might not complain or say sorry no can do.  My son has same problem wants to go with friends he is also 16.

I think Barn Farm in Birchover in Derbyshire accept young groups - they seemed to have plenty of Duke Of Edinburgh bods there when we went - they also have large pod tents already up if you didn't want to take your own. Look at their entry on the campsite search - a nice site with plenty of scenery around (and a sauna!)

yeah, barn farm will take you, it takes D of E groups! its a nice site too! you really are lucky, i'm not allowed to go camping by myself until i'm 18!

ah, what it is to be young, I (vaguely) remember camping in The New Forest without my parents when I was 17, thought i was so grown up, didn't realise i wasn't until i was about 30  lol
