Hi,

We are looking for a caravan site right on the banks of the river Wye in the Wye valley, Myself and my boys enjoy fishing and my wife enjoys watching us whilst chilling out, So we are looking for a site that has riverside pitches for fishing, We are looking at Monmouth and Ross on Wye but will consider anywhere that has riverside pitches for fishing. The site needs to allow dogs and of course children. We also enjoy walking as well so looking forward to walking in such a lovely part of the country.

there are two riverside campsites in Symmonds Yat, one of them has a pub on the doorstep. Use the search facility here to take a look.

I have phoned for some paperwork/ brochure for one of the symonds yat ones, will know which one when it hets here but if anyone has any more info on sites it would be very appreciated.

I walked around Symmonds Yat  a few months ago.......wasn't impressed withsite or the amusement arcade next door which gets noisy,
