It was me asking about Henry's.
Just came back from the Lizard yesterday... lovely place, but we were really unlucky with the weather - rained 3 days out of 5 - had to pack up when the trailer tent canvas was saturated and started to leak badly! A week earlier & we would have been fine...
Anyway Henry's was great. Looks a bit of a junkyard when you turn up, but the pitches are quite private and sectioned off & the site has beautiful views. There is some work going on repairing the barn, so bits of the site were a bit untidy.
The camping areas were very well maintained though & people gardening almost every day in-between the showers.
Off-camp there is great walking when the weather is good & towns like Falmouth & Penzance you can try when it isn't. St Ives is a bit of a nightmare these days though - you can't get near it by car & parking on the edge of town was about £5 per day. Couldn't find a space anyway so took out business elsewhere...(shame coz I really wanted to visit!)
