Hi, We're looking for a campsite in the Skegness / Ingoldmells area preferably within walking distance of the beach. We've got four children under five so are a bit worried about the Water Park in case they wander off and fall in the water!!
Does anyone have any other suggestions for a family friendly site that takes tents?

I can recommend Richmond Holiday Park - no tents though.  Very nice site, good facilities and only a few minutes walk from Skegness town centre.

We stay in the statics so cannot review what the tourers toilet facilites are like.

Thanks, it does sound lovely but we are looking for somewhere that does take tents and perhaps has a cafe or bar. Does anyone have suggestions?

I've been phoning around and most of the Skegness sites don't seem to take tents anymore. Does anyone know of any that do - close to the beach hopefully!

We took a group of 6 mums and 15 kids to the Water Park. It's really quite big and you wouldn't need to be that close to the water, perhaps if you asked them they could put you further away, they were very helpful when we went.
It's a nice site, very flat pitches.
We didn't lose a child all week!!
