Hi,

Just signed up tot he site, been going through the search for some time but not really sure where to go. Can someone recommend a place for us.

There is a group of us, maybe 8 to 10, aged between 19 and 30. Looking for a laugh camping weekend of 17th August. Cheap is always good, but needs to have decent toilets and showers.

Will be coming from all over the UK so location could be anywhere, aslong as we can have a laugh, drink some beer, by a town to go for more beer, and not get ripped off in the process!

Try Newquay way.  They seem to have a few sites that cater for young groups.

Fisherground in the lakes is nice - they allow open fires and we have seen groups there before

How about Hill End site at the Gower? We have seen it when we stayed in a caravan near there in the past and it look fun with lots of lovely surfers and guitars etc at nightime. Its also very close to the beach.

I'd say fisherground too, but its in the middle of nowhere literally, so its not too easy to find a town!.   But there are about 3 pubs within walking distance. They are strict on noise though!! No noise after 10:30pm (it scares the sheep LOL)
