Hi, this Friday we were going down to Dorset to Woodlands Park campsite until they rang this morning to say that they have had to close due to a landslide!
It is our first proper camping trip, so not to be beaten we have got the last pitch at Treveague Farm near St Austall. There are a few reviews, all positive, on here but I wondered if anyone could fill in the blanks for us.
What is the terrain like around this site near to Gorran Haven? Flat, hilly, very hilly? we are interested to see if it is worth taking the bikes with us? Is the short walk that is mentioned into Gorran Haven down lanes, major road or footpath?
If anyone has any info for our hastily re-arranged holiday I would be very grateful.
Thanks.
