Can anyone recommend campsites in Cornwall,or Devon? We want access to a beach and they must allow dogs. We are not bothered about a club or entertainment, infact the quieter the better.
There will only be me and hubby going with our tent and the dog.
Thanks in advance
Sue

We stayed at Devon a couple of years ago, but found the choice of beaches a little limited, with a good drive to reach them.
Maybe Cornwall would be a better option......

Thanks for the replies, I don't fancy snakes in the dunes![[o)]](https://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/chatter/forum_images/smiley3.gif)
I've been looking at Magic Cove in Cornwall but the only pitch they have left is without EHU, I suppose it doesn't matter that much.

Hi Suedarbo,
We have two dogs and have visited Trevornick in Holywell Bay, Cornwall NR Newquay. It has its own pathway access down to the beach and has a specific doggie walks area etc.. They do charge for dogs but at least you get a good bunch of doggie poo bags and the facilities that warrant it. Take a look at the pic below, it is a heavenly spot IMHO. Not sure about availability though as it is sought after. Good Luck.

------------- Cheers,
Domino (Donna)
