Shell Island nr Harlech is always worth visiting and there are plenty of sites on Anglesey which tends to have better weather than the mainland...

We were at Eisteddfa this weekend just gone and really enjoyed ourselves.
Fits all your requirements, only minor issue is the distance to the kids playground from the camping fields (depends on the ages of your kids if you let them go alone, its not that far though really). Very clean facilities, couldn't fault it, also very good drainage considering the week before we arrived it had been very wet.
They send the big tents up to the top fields, if its windy you may have a problem on the very top field (we did) but we moved down to a lower field and had no problem at all. Then it wasn't windy for the rest of our stay so I think we were just unlucky.

I'm back in work today after coming home yesterday and wishing I was still there!

There are always a few in Caernarfon and its surrounds, eg http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=2695, or http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=2525, but all depends exactly where in N Wales you want.

IMO, the list of large tents is only a guideline, it may turn out that there are places listed on there that just may not have the space when you need to book, not everywhere has neat 15 x 10m (or whatever size) pitches laid out....

(edit spacing screwed up links)

Please note if you do visit this site which is brill - ask for a pitch near reception - we was put down by the fence lovely view and fab on a hot sunny day - but when the weather turned - wow - you can imagine one of our group lost a tent !!! snapped poles - the lot - so try for a pitch up near reception or the main toilet block !!!
