 Just come back from our third visit to Pentewan & I must say that it seems that greed is beginning to creep in( if it hasn`t already)  The new pitches in front of the playing fields has cut the playing fields by a third & when the field is full of children doing what they do best the cars have to cut right across where the children play, not very safe at all. There is a rumour that more pitches are planned for the playing field for next year & also for next year a 1a.m curfew for all teenagers is to be imposed(very thoughtful of them) Think I`ll be looking elsewhere for next year.

 we went past this site only on Saturday, whilst on our way to Mevagissy, and decided to call in on the way back as the location was superb, right on its own private beach, to be honest we were horrified at this site, reception were handing out letters warning that teens were causing problems in the early hours, and that all families had to ensure that teens were in units by 1.00am

 it looked more like a mini town than a campsite, all units surrounded by windbreaks, gazebos etc. some pitches were a distance from the toilets etc. that were closed for 11/2 hours for cleaning.

 but worse was the price of £48 per night on a sea front pitch, as you say that are on the edge of the playground ???????
