Hi Steve, We stayed there3 -4 years ago in a small chalet. The site was nice enough and the kids loved the night life which wasn't too cheesy from what I can remember. The chalet could have done with a bit of updating but it was clean. Nice beaches nearby and the Warren itself is a wildlife haven. Wouldn't go again(unless it was free!!) but only cos I'd rather get to see other places. Hope this helps.

Hi. Stayed there years ago in a static. It was clean and tidy. Stayed at Peppermint Park last year so went for a nosey around Welcome. It seemed to be modernised some what, but to me seemed very "Haven" style, with regard to entertainments etc, ie, Bingo every night, kids entertainment, followed by shows for the adults. Swimming pool looked good though

stayed at this site and Dawlish sands next door. prefered vans on dalwish sands as they have net curtains up so no one can nosy in and belive me they did. nice play area for kids and the pools are brill.you have card passes and have to show them or hand them over when you use the pool. nice few shops on the way to the beach under the rail arches. Warren traiding is a market type of indoor shop.pub near this we found a bit expensive ,The go carts are the best weve ever been on and the 'bullets' are quick.you can walk to Dawlish either by the walled sea front (or the copse)but do have to watch tide times as you have to walk a part on the beach(not suitable for push chairs)about 40 mins to an hour. This place was in the paper when we visited as a bloke jumped in to the sea to rescue a woman who had jumped in after her dog.And later on when the sea came up over the railway wall knocking the electrics out on the Virgin trains.its a very nice place all in all

Have stayed there 4 times over the last 10 years and can honestly say haven't had a bad time there. Swimming pool is great, entertainment good for the size of the park, and the walk to the beach is flat and only takes 5 minutes.
