I'm off to Keswick in the morning (hope people read this in time), and am hoping to be staying at teh C&CC site. I am also taking my dog with me, a little Lakeland terrier. I plan to have a few beers at night and on my last visit to the Lake in Langdale had no problems in taking him in places. Can anyone advise the pubs that will allow dogs ...... and it they have a TV for the football on Saturday evening that superb (or else the dog gets tied to a lampost for 90 mins !!!!!)
Thanks
Stu

There is a pub in Keswich that has a telly, it has a upstairs bit that has all the sport on, carn't remember its name but can tell you where it is, if you walk up the the market square towards the moot hall from the post office about half way up on the left had side there's a small alleyway leading between the shops go down this and the pub is at the back near the road and car park sort of side ways on, If I remember rightly is near a bike shop, sorry iv its not really clear but havn't been this year so havning to remember for last year.
My hubby is in to sport as well so always looking for a pub with a telly!!!
