Hi there - can anybody please recommend a decent site near Blackpool - we have three young children and are looking to go half term - want to combine our trip to the lights with a stay in our caravan - Many thanks - Would ideally prefer a site with a decent indoor pool .

It will not be cheap but Haven Marton Mere has an indoor pool and kids clubs/entertainment. We are going during half term for 4 days.

The Caravan Club site or Hampton Road neither have pools but you could take the children to the Sandcastle Water World on the front or even visit the council run pool at Palatine leisure centre on St. Annes Road Blackpool (South Shore) this later pool is very close to Hampton Road site and is a new pool.

Kneps Farm is nice but you would need to catch a bus to Cleveleys to catch a tram.

Ive stayed at both ,Windy Harbour has everything to keep kids amused can get alittle noisy at times especially in family bar at night but you wont be short of things to do and its easily accessibly as far as Blackpool is concerned ,pitches are alittle close together also  and Kneps is much quieter with only a small playarea to keep young kids amused .Ive left reviews for both sites .
