HI guys,

i need you good peoples advice on where to go camping next year for a week in august, has to have a sea view and close to a pub or have a bar on site,[need to have beer to cope with the pressures of life!] any ideas?  have done shell island wales[poor facilities], pentewan sands cornwall [too packed] and gwithian farm cornwall [no sea view] thanks for your time and ideas, shep.

How about views of the Fleet Lagoon, rather than the sea (same difference, it's tidal!)???!!!!

If so try EAST FLEET FARM, Weymouth.

Great site - bar/restaurant on site (fab real ales and local cider!!)

Walking distance of Weymouth!

Rosemarkie CCC site on the Black Isle just north of Inverness ticks every box for you. If you are caravannning as opposed to tent camping I can suggest others.

 Have a look at pebble bank at weymouth very good views over chessil beach and it has a bar on site as well.

watergate bay just outside newquay cornwall.

there is a comercial site and a c&cc site next door lovely views and location walk down the hill to pubs and beach.

the next best i would say is keswick in the lake district must be one of the best locations ive been to next to watergate bay. it is not a beach but the lake and veiws and things to do are endless and views are just gorgeous.

my sister say the isle of white. im not sure about sea views.
