I am hoping someone out there can help us with some info regarding Rydal Hall campsite near Ambleside in the Lake District. We have just booked a weeks camp at this site with our Scout Group for August 2008, after consulting with Leaders from other Scout Groups who have stayed at the site, their feedback was that it is a nice site with good faciliteis.
But I have today looked at the UKCS review for this site (only one review on here) and it doesn't read to good regards cleanliness of toilets etc, has anyone else stayed at this site but not posted a review and if so what did you think of it?
