Morning All,

Any one out there ever stayed at this park - on the road to Minehead. Many thanks

We stayed here quite a few years ago.  It is in a good quiet position and ideal for exploring the Quantocks area.

For us the pitches were far too close together, maybe if you are in a caravan it's not so bad but not a tent.  They also charged an exorbitant amount for Campingaz!

Not a bad site but we haven't returned.

We stayed here a couple of years ago and found it to be a very clean and well kept site in a lovely area. They have a lovely outdoor pool aswell which was welcome as we went in the summer months.

The downsides were the pitches were too close together and not very spacious. They do have larger pitches available so i would suggest you request one of these if you decide to book.

The only reason we haven`t returned is we like to try different places.

we stayed there last year and were not impressed. The site owner was so unfriendly, showers either broken or cold and not particularly clean.

We did book a large pitch and i explained that we had a monty 12 with kitchen tent but the pitch we were given was only tiny despite the price we paid, we were moved to 2 pitches before they decided we could use the camping paddock. Considering we arrived at 7pm in the pouring rain with 4 hungry bored kids i was not impressed.

Ice packs that we took to the freezer were given to new arrivals (he insisted it was my daughter even though she had been with me all day) and after asking the manager for them to be returned we were told he would speak to the other visitors - 6 hours later and despite numerous visits to the shop we finally got out ice packs back.

The pool was constantly shut and the machines in the games room never paid out any winnings.

I would never return and when i tried to review the site on our return i noticed that they were no longer accepting reviews
