We also have stayed at Loaneden, wouldn't be my favourite site but would go again if couldn't get in anywhere else. Handy to Kesh and facilities are clean, just too many statics and traffic for my liking.
The Share Centre http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/details.asp?revid=7455 has a caravan site, but I have heard it can be busy, great if you have kids as there are plenty of activies that interest them, rock climbing, canoeing, archery etc..
Castle Archdale http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=3738 is right on the lakes, again a busy site, we prefer a quieter site but we have friends who love it, again plenty to do.
Drumhoney looks nice, although we haven't stayed there. http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/details.asp?revid=6526

Blaney, as mentioned is a nice quiet site, friendly owners and if you love donkeys they have millions of them!!
Lough Melvin http://www.melvinholidaycentre.com/home.htm we stopped to check it out in Aug and the place looked desserted and facilities looked worn out, whether it was even open I don't know. Not sure how up to date the website is, but either it has been refurbished or the website is old.. We did a U-turn and drove straight out again.
Hope you find something nice.. We love Fermanagh
